Today’s message focuses on ‘serving God’ {Luke 10:38-42}, the story about Martha and Mary and how they differently worshipped Jesus Christ. I therefore, want to share some of the things one can do, namely;
- Invest in other people – Luke 10:27
Christians looking to share Christ can begin by forming relationships with the people around them. Ask them about their day, compliment them, or simply take a moment and listen to them. By investing in other people, we open their hearts to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. - Offer Help Where It’s Needed
“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'” – Matthew 25:40 - Practice Hospitality
“Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.” – Hebrews 13:2 - Show Forgiveness
“And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.” – Mark 11:25 - Make Space to Worship God
“Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” – Galatians 5:24-25
